Speak to Dea instead of typing

Tap the microphone and just say it. When you stop, Dea sends it.

  1. Open Ask Dea.
  2. Tap the microphone (“Speak instead”) and talk.
  3. Tap it again to stop. Dea sends what you said.
  4. Your speech is turned into text in your browser. Firefox can’t do this yet, so type there.

Save spaces with the heart

Tap Save on any space. They wait for you in Saved spaces.

  1. On a space, tap “Save” (sign in the first time).
  2. You’ll see “Saved to your list.”
  3. Open Saved spaces, pick up to three, and Dea helps you send one brief to all of them.

Search everything with /

Press / (or ⌘K) anywhere to search spaces, rooms, events and more.

  1. Press / when you’re not typing in a box, or ⌘K / Ctrl+K.
  2. Type two letters or more; results update as you go.
  3. Use the “Look in” chips (Spaces, Rooms, Events, Opportunities…) to narrow it.
  4. Press Enter with nothing selected to see every match in Explore.

Enter sends, Shift+Enter new line

In Dea, Leo and your inbox, Enter sends. Shift+Enter starts a new line.

  1. Press Enter to send a message.
  2. Press Shift+Enter (or ⌘/Ctrl+Enter) for a new line.
  3. Works the same in Dea’s chat, Leo’s chat and every inbox conversation.

Paste your ad and Leo fills the form

Sharing a room? Paste the text of your old ad and Leo fills in the empty fields.

  1. On Share a room, find “Got an ad already? Paste it”.
  2. Paste the ad’s text (not a link; Cozy doesn’t read other websites’ listings).
  3. Tap “Fill in the form for me”.
  4. Check each field marked “Filled for you” before you publish.

Drag photos to reorder

Drag a photo to move it. The first one is your cover.

  1. In your space’s photos, drag a photo to a new place.
  2. Prefer the keyboard? Use the ← and → buttons on each photo.
  3. Tap “Make cover” on the photo that should lead your listing.

Let Leo draft your reply

In any enquiry, Leo writes a first reply. You check it and send it.

  1. Open the conversation.
  2. Tap “Draft a reply with Leo”.
  3. Tap “Use this draft” (or “Try again”), edit it, and tap “Send”.

Mark a booking as booked

Did it work out? Tell Cozy from the conversation’s menu.

  1. Open the conversation and its “Conversation options” menu.
  2. Under “Did it work out?”, choose “Mark as booked”.
  3. Or “Didn’t work out” or “Still talking”, so your enquiries list stays tidy.

Sync your calendar in one paste

Paste your private iCal link and Cozy keeps your busy times up to date.

  1. On your space, open Calendar.
  2. Under “Your calendars”, add a name and your “Private iCal link”, then “Link calendar”.
  3. Cozy reads busy times every 30 minutes.
  4. Want Cozy bookings in your own calendar? Tap “Make my private link”.

Set your Cozy URL

Give your Connect profile or organisation a short, shareable address.

  1. In your Connect profile (or organisation settings), find “Your Cozy URL”.
  2. Use letters, numbers and dashes, then “Save address”.
  3. Tap “Copy link” to share it. Old addresses keep working.

Connect LinkedIn to fill your profile

One tap fills your empty name fields and adds your photo if you haven’t one.

  1. Open Profile in your account.
  2. Tap “Connect with LinkedIn”.
  3. Empty First and Last name fields fill in, and your LinkedIn photo is used if you have none.
  4. Later, “Use my LinkedIn name” or “Use LinkedIn photo” bring them over again.

Donate by bank transfer

Choose Bank transfer on Donate and we email you the bank details and a reference.

  1. Open Donate and choose Once or Monthly, and an amount.
  2. Under “How to pay”, choose Bank transfer.
  3. Tap “Pledge”. We email the bank details and your reference.
  4. Want a thank-you in public? Tick “Add me to the supporters wall”.
