It can be lonely and overwhelming, even in a crowd of nine million.
The cost of living crisis is squeezing people out of the things that bring them together.
Community spaces are closing down.
High streets are emptying, one shuttered shopfront at a time.

What we believe

Cities are regenerated by more than new buildings. They are regenerated by people who feel they belong. Cozy is about community building and placemaking, alongside urban development, not instead of it.

Everyone in the city should feel at home.
Helping Londoners find community and connection, wherever they live and whoever they are.
Care is a culture we can build.
Small acts of hosting, welcoming and looking out for each other add up to a city that looks after its people.

That’s why Cozy is free for renters and hosts, takes no commission and runs on donations from the people it helps. Our AI guides do the legwork so the money stays where it does the most good.
