Cozy has no commission, no listing fees and no subscriptions. Your donations are how we grow the marketplace: more neighbourhoods, more hosts, smarter help from Dea and Leo, and even more value for everyone who uses it.
Other platforms take a cut of every booking. Give a fraction of what you would have paid them, and get a better service in return.
Can’t donate right now? That’s completely fine. Pay it forward by spreading the word to a friend, a host or your team.
No commission
Cozy takes nothing from a booking. Card payments go straight into the host’s own Stripe account; bank transfers go straight to their bank.
Nothing to unlock
Messaging, Dea, Leo and invoices are free for everyone. Donations never buy priority or placement.
Asked gently
We only ask after something worked out for you, and “Not now” is always just as easy.
