Answer enquiries and send a proposal

Step by step

   Step 1: Open Your venue enquiries and tap “View conversation”.

   Step 2: Tap “Draft a reply with Leo”. Read it, tap “Use this draft”, make it yours, then “Send”.

   Step 3: Once you’ve agreed the details, tap “Ask Leo for a proposal”. Dates, guests and your rates go on a proposal card.

   Step 4: Need to change the total? Use “Adjust amount” on the card and “Send new total”.

   Step 5: When you both tap “Approve”, it’s booked and the invoice appears in the conversation.
