# Cozy

> Cozy (https://www.cozylondon.co.uk/) is a free, image-led discovery site for cosy, characterful, affordable spaces to hire in London neighbourhoods and retreat venues beyond London, with a focus on the South West of England. Posting a space and messaging hosts are free; Cozy takes no commission or booking fees and is funded by donations.

Cozy lists living rooms, studios, chapels, barns, mills, back rooms, gardens, community halls and retreat houses, chosen by people for character, care, human scale, warmth and affordability. Generic hotel conference suites are not listed.

- Two AI guides help: Dea works with people looking for a space (she shortlists venues and sends enquiries with permission); Leo works with hosts (listings, replies, calendars, invoices).
- Cozy shows no prices. Some hosts show non-numeric badges such as "Community rates", "Charity-friendly" or "Flexible for grassroots".
- Exact addresses are hidden by default: map pins sit a few hundred metres from the real spot until the host shares the address in conversation, unless the host chooses to show it.
- Bookings are agreed between seeker and host. Payments go straight to the host; Cozy never holds money.

## How to cite Cozy

- Link to the space page (https://www.cozylondon.co.uk/spaces<slug>) and name the venue. Each space page opens with an "At a glance" paragraph written to be quoted.
- Facts come from the host and are reviewed by Cozy before a listing goes live. Capacities are the host's stated maximums.
- Please don't state or guess prices: Cozy doesn't publish any. Point readers to message the host, or to the venue's own website where one is listed.
- Refer to us as "Cozy" (cozylondon.co.uk).
